Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using oliday.app or the Oliday apps (together, the “Service”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Oliday is

Oliday helps you plan holidays, get quotes from destination partners, and request bookings which our team confirms with you personally. Vibes is our social travel feature: travellers host group trips, others request to join, and hosts decide who travels together.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your account information accurate; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Verification steps (phone OTP, work email, ID) may be required for parts of the Service, such as hosting or joining Vibes trips.

4. Quotes, bookings and payments

• Quotes are prepared by destination partners and are indicative until our team confirms availability and price with you.
• A booking request is exactly that — a request. It is confirmed only after our team reaches out and you agree; deposits (typically 10%) and payment schedules are communicated at that point.
• Prices are held for a limited time and can change with availability, season and currency.
• The travel services themselves (stays, transport, activities) are delivered by the respective partners and providers, subject to their conditions.
• Cancellations and changes are handled by our team — contact us as early as possible; partner cancellation policies apply.

5. Vibes community rules

• You decide who you travel with. Hosts choose their group; joining a trip is at your own discretion and risk.
• Verification badges (phone, work email, ID) mean a check succeeded — they are trust indicators, not a guarantee of anyone's identity, character or conduct. Oliday does not run background checks.
• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, discrimination, spam, solicitation or unlawful behaviour — in profiles, trips or chats.
• Group-type settings (ladies-only, couples-only, mixed) must be respected in both hosting and join requests.
• We may remove content, trips or accounts that break these rules, and may report unlawful activity.

6. Your content

You own what you post (profile details, trip descriptions, messages, photos). You grant Oliday a licence to host and display that content within the Service so the product can work. Do not post content you do not have the right to share.

7. Acceptable use

• No misuse of the Service: scraping, reverse engineering, probing security, or interfering with other users.
• No misrepresentation — of your identity, your verifications, or a trip you host.
• No use of the Service for anything unlawful.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Travel involves inherent risks, and interactions with other travellers are your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oliday is not liable for the acts or omissions of travellers, hosts or partners, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to Oliday for the booking concerned.

9. Termination

You can stop using Oliday at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
